Returns and Exchange Terms
Any buyer who has shopped on ALIENTECH online store (www.alienth.cn) could apply for returning or exchanging the purchased product without any reason within 7 days after receipt of the product and on the premise of ensuring the product is in good condition (the photo proof of the status of the product must be provided.).
Customized non-standard products and products and orders exceeding US$5,000 are considered valuable commodities, and once the valuable commodities are shipped, they will not be returned or exchanged. Customers can go to our warehouse or store for inspection after receiving the goods. If the goods are not inspected at the expiration date, they will be deemed as qualified. The company will not be responsible for any damage caused during transportation. *Note: Orders generated through draft orders (orders starting with D) are considered non-standard customized products or orders.
How can I do returns?
STEP 1, Return application.
Please fill in the return request at this link. We will reply to you within 24 hours on workdays.
Buyers shall return the product by post within 7 days after our store agrees to return or exchange the product, and submit the post tracking number online. If we fail to receive the postal tracking number of the product returned by the buyer within this period, we will close the return application and deem it as the buyer's waiver of the return request.

The product is intact means that the product can maintain its original quality and function, including the product itself, packaging, accessories, attached trademark labels, user manuals, etc., intact and complete, without affecting the secondary sales and use of the product. Products that have been activated or installed and used are not considered intact.
When the product is returned, the freight and tariff incurred shall be borne by the buyer (Chinese tariff is 30% of the declared price). We suggest that the buyer should choose a transport company or express company with a good reputation when sending back the product by post, and buy insurance against loss or damage to the product. If the product is lost or damaged in transit, the loss will be borne by the buyer. We recommend that buyers choose the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) and DTP method to ship the return. Otherwise, we will add a customs declaration service fee of $20. If we still don't receive the returned product 60 days after it is sent out, we will deem it to be lost and end the return procedure.
--Damage or loss of the product in transit
If the product is damaged in transit, the certificate issued by the transport company and photos of the damaged product is required. After receiving the certificate and photos, we will handle the return, exchange, or refund for the buyer. The buyer still needs to mail the damaged product back to our warehouse. We will complete the full refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
STEP 3, Refund Commitment.

We will complete the refund within 7 working days after receiving the product returned by the buyer, and refund or exchange based on its intact rate. If the product is in good condition, we will refund the buyer in full after deducting the freight. We may also deduct part of the refund according to the damaged condition of the returned product. All our refunds will be settled in US dollars (except for electronic money payment customers).

--Refund of Electronic Money
Since electronic money (including Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin cash, etc.) fluctuate greatly, to which buyers need to pay special attention. While complying with the above terms, we will not bear the loss caused by the value fluctuation of electronic money. When handling a refund, if the electronic money has appreciated, we will return the money after converting it based on the money price at the time of ordering. If the electronic currency has depreciated, the refund amount will not be more than the buyer's payment amount at the time of ordering.
This "REFUND POLICY" is formulated in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Online Transactions" and "Contract Law" issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China, and is applicable to all customers trading on this website, and is subject to the jurisdiction of the laws of the country where the store is registered.
